Compensation Target:

Compensation for this role includes a salary of $190K base plus a 20% bonus a complete benefits package (Medical, 401K, PTO, etc.)

In this role:

The Director, Cloud Channel Partnerships is responsible for production of the medium to long-term channel execution strategy for the assigned Cloud or XaaS Team(s). The role identifies growth opportunities, key partners to work with, and areas of key focus for the indirect channel. This leads to the production and ownership of the channel roadmap to ensure initiatives are prioritized and seen through to delivery. Manages and develops a team of direct reports providing timely feedback and development opportunities. Ensures timely compliance with HR initiatives and time management requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production of the medium to long-term channel execution strategy for the assigned Cloud or XaaS teams.
• Identify growth opportunities, key partners to work with, and areas of key focus for the indirect channel. This leads to the production and ownership of the channel roadmap to ensure initiatives are prioritized and seen through to delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports providing timely feedback and development opportunities. The Director also ensures timely compliance with HR initiatives and time management requirements.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sr Leadership to align on XaaS strategy for indirect business.
• Empowers and educates business partner sales teams to improve how we position our value with customers and drive incremental growth simultaneously.
• Create buy-in and internal alignment to an indirect channel strategy and partner program.
• Iterate and expand on the blueprint and the XaaS Go-to-Market strategy globally with commercial leaders.
• Define the value proposition depending on partner type.
• Capture partners’ feedback on products and needs and share with relevant internal stakeholders
• Define Sales target and key metrics of success for the business.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a Channel Sales team and developing successful Channel sales strategies, both medium and long term.
• Demonstrated skills and experience tracking, managing, and reporting on day-to-day Sales functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, metrics analysis, partner recognition, and additional workflows.
• Experienced relationship builder who knows how to gain consensus and work across a wide group of stakeholders (including Enterprise Sales, Business Sales, Public Sales, Operations, Product, Legal and Finance teams, among others) to ensure timely, high quality and consistent completion of business management activities across the organization.
• Skilled in the development of accurate and detailed Sales forecast funnels and pipelines.
