Our client is a multi-billion-dollar global construction firm looking for an experienced help desk candidate with two or more years of experience for a contract to hire / RTH position. As stated previously, our client prefers a Right to Hire (contract —> Full-Time) for this role. However, fulltime can be possibility for the right candidate. This would be an excellent opportunity for anyone trying to get their foot in the door at a large global company.

In this role you’ll need to be able to recognize, research, isolate, solve, and follow up on any technical issues that come up. Plus, you’ll need to keep the help desk tickets up to date and alert the team to any recurring problems or patterns.
