This is a full-time opportunity with a successful US Staffing and Services firm. Please note, potential candidates MUST live in the NYC Metropolitan Area.
Our client is an established multibillion-dollar firm with a $500M Specialty Staffing division in need of a Creative and Digital Business Development professional.
The role involves growing existing accounts and acquiring new accounts within a variety of enterprise business sectors.
The firm is well known, well-respected industry wide, and offers a wide range of services and areas of specialization to their clientele.
Privately held and very well capitalized, they provide a full range of marketing / communications, social media, and proposal professionals to support your business development efforts.
In addition, the NY/NJ region has the highest performing recruiting staff in the firm with multiple Presidents Club members ready to support you.
The right candidate must possess the following skills and traits:
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in staffing sales.
- A strong understanding of the local/regional business environment.
- Customer oriented mindset and solid communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent tactical skills, cold-calling capabilities, and a strong sales acumen.
- Strong relationship building skills particularly with key-decision-makers and Senior level creative executives.
