Company Overview:

Our client is a global professional services firm specializing in technology solutions for the banking and financial services industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Leader to join their dynamic team. This role involves site visits to financial clients in New York City, NY, and Dallas, TX.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Client Partners and Account Leaders to develop comprehensive Account Plans and Engagement Agendas for key accounts.
  • Conduct Account Discovery to identify client needs and challenges and develop technical roadmaps and solutions that align with their business objectives.

Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Partner with service line and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for discussion with stakeholders.
  • Define and finalize the scope and objectives for proof-of-concepts ensuring alignment with stakeholder programs.
  • Leverage previous case studies and delivery achievements to demonstrate capabilities and success in meeting client needs.


  • At least 12 years of experience in client-facing roles, including sales and account management, primarily within the banking and financial services sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital technologies, data solutions, and emerging technologies in the banking industry.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years in both delivery and consulting roles, with a strong background in digital transformation, data engineering, legacy modernization, and cloud migration.
  • Proven track record of managing and negotiating large deals (ranging from $5M to $10M) with top-tier banks, including retail, payments, lending, and wealth management segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams to ensure successful client engagement, conversion, and delivery of services.
