We are always looking for Construction Project Managers oversee complex building, infrastructure, renovation, and capital-improvement projects from planning through final closeout. Cambridge Resources can provide experienced project managers capable of coordinating owners, architects, engineers, contractors, trades, vendors, inspectors, and regulatory authorities to support our ever-expanding base of AEC clients and partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Contractor and subcontractor coordination
- Construction progress monitoring and reporting
- Change-order and scope-management oversight
- RFI, submittal, drawing, and document-control management
- Quality-control and quality-assurance coordination
- Safety and regulatory compliance
- Procurement and material-delivery coordination
- Client, architect, engineer, and stakeholder communications
- Punch-list, commissioning, turnover, and project closeout
Qualifications and certifications:
PMP, CCM, OSHA 30, LEED AP, Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and applicable state or municipal construction licenses.
