We are currently looking for a senior consultant to join our clients growing Professional Services team to provide thought leadership, design-level guidance and implementation engineering around SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)-based solutions for large enterprise customers.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Project / implementation planning
  • Gathering, refining, documenting and analyzing customer requirements
  • Determining optimal SailPoint solution architecture-design
  • Assisting customers in planning SailPoint solution deployment
  • Deploying and customizing solution
  • Delivering informal knowledge transfer to customer staff
  • Occasionally assisting with CTI business development efforts (e.g. POCs)

MUST HAVE Requirements:

  • Successful applicants must have at least three years of focused experience working with SailPoint’s IdentityNow solution.
  • Formal IdentityNow certification at the Professional level (or higher)
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

Applicants should have a deep understanding and at least 5 years of focused experience working in a large enterprise setting with solutions for:

  • SailPoint User Access Certification / Compliance processes [MUST HAVE]
  • User Life Cycle Management (e.g. account provisioning)
  • Password Management
  • Group Management
  • Data Synchronization

Desired Engineering / Technical Skills:

  • Solid Windows and Linux OS experience
  • Designing and installing IDN virtual appliance configuration
  • Scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
  • JASON Objects, Postman
  • Web Services / Rest API
  • Databases (e.g. Oracle, MSFT SQL, MySQL)
  • LDAP Directories (including MSFT Active Directory)
  • Working knowledge of Cloud (AWS or Azure) and DEV OPS

Additional Pluses:

  • Appreciation for and experience with structured engineering methodology
  • Engineering group leadership potential and/or teaming skills
  • Ability to and interest in working with the CTI sales team when required.
  • 4-year college degree in engineering or computer science is preferred (graduate degree or graduate work a big plus)
  • Very occasional visits to Customer sites throughout the US (travel less than 5%)
